Terms of Service
General
- I have the right to reject any commission request regardless of the reasoning
- A visual reference is required for your character. At a minimum, a clear and flat-colored image will do
- My commissions are non-refundable. Please ensure you can pay for the full commission before taking a slot
- I reserve all rights to post the finished commission on my platforms
Payments
- 18+ required to order a commission
- All payments are to be transferred via PayPal in USD
- After you accept the sketch, you will pay %70 of the total sum. After commission completion, the remaining %30 is to be paid
- Complexity Fee between $10-100 for all commissions
Process
- I show the following steps:
Sketch -----> Lineart & Color ----> Final
- During the Sketch Phase, you will be given three chances for alterations to the piece. Any changes past the Sketch Phase will come with an additional charge
- Turnaround time is usually around 1 week - 1 month
- For any sudden delays and emergencies on my side, commissioners will be notified and informed accordingly
Posting and Sharing
- You are entitled to share my work in your personal social media with proper credit
- Altering my artwork in any way or using it to train AI is strictly prohibited
- If you wish for your commission to be private, please inform me prior to commission completion
- Commercial use of my artwork is to be further discussed via my contacts
